Why am I getting spam "your password has been reset" emails?

    The following is what I am receiving from jotform or some spam account. I have not been changing my password and my account has not been hacked because I can still login with my original credentials.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please disregard this email since it has been sent by a spammer using our services. We have received few reports from other people who are not our users as well. We have already suspended the spammer's account and took preventive measures in this regard. Please note that your account is safe and secure with JotForm. If you feel that your account is compromised though it is not, you may consider changing the account password from the account settings.

    the same is happening to me ....it's super annoying and it won't stop :(

    We apologize for the inconvenience, the spammer has been sending emails even to non-jotform users. We have now taken action and suspended the account and disabled the forms. Thank you for understanding.

    I am getting these as well but addressed to a Jessica. I am not a user nor have I ever been but have received 3 of these. What happens if you reply?

    The email was having a reply-to link with his email addresses. We strongly recommend not to respond to such emails and block the following email address in your account to avoid receiving any further spam from these addresses.






    If you are receiving any further emails using our email address, please let us know so that we can investigate the issue further.
