I do not have an account with your company but have received several emails stating that my password has been changed. How can this be?

    Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for reporting this to us.

    Please disregard the email. There was a JotForm user spamming these "password change" emails. The user has now been suspended and no more emails should be sent coming from that account. 

    Please contact us again if you receive and further emails as we are still making sure these do not continue.
