Trouble uploading pictures to a survey form from a cell phone

I have created a survey form in which I want customers to upload multiple photos when they complete the survey.  Some people can do this with ease from their cell phones, others cannot.  What is the best practice to allow users on android and iphones to easily upload photos from their phones?  Is it the size of the image?  Help, please. :)

There are lot of factors that might caused this issue. Since the issue is not consistent on all mobiles, then you can try to ask those users who failed to upload the pictures, if that image sizes they are using, the specs of their phone and etc.

Using this method, you will be able to find out the common issues why it's not working. From there, you can place a specification or note on your form, to make sure customers upload will work fine.
