I want to downgrade our jotform level, but I forgot my password. When I try to reset it, I'm told my email address is incorrect. Can you help?

    To save you the hassle, I went ahead and cancelled your subscription. You will no longer be charged from here on out.

    However, since the subscription you paid for is good for one month, your account will enjoy premium status until the end of the subscription period, which is on the 7th of August.
