Im not receiving new submissions notifications

    I have a form submission linked to my website and Im not receiving new notifications by email. This affect my website in providing service.

    Can you please help me out here?

    Hi;

    I checked your form and can see you ***mestre****@outlook.com as your notification email. Can you check on your spam account and see if you can see the mails. Try also another different email address like gmail and see if problem persists.

    You can also try to whitelist jotmail server IP addresses as shown in the link below;
