I have a simple form on http://www.artofbarbecue.com.au/Promotion/Promotion.html and have setup the thank you note to be a custom URL http://www.artofbarbecue.com.au/Registration/ThankYou.html but when submitting the form I get a cropped version of Jotform banner.
How can I get around that?

I just tested the form on Promotion page and it worked fine. I was redirected to the correct Thank You page. Have you already resolved this problem?

The problem still persist on my laptop (Chrome) and Mac (Safari)... also did not receive the notiffication with your registration. Did you receive the email from us?
Also, cannot see traffic coming from US (I assume you are there) on our google analytics...
Do you have an email that I can forward screen shots?

Hi, me again...
As I had no luck I did create a brand new form and email notification/auto responder and it seems to be working now.
The form I had issues with was actually a form that I duplicated and stripped some fields in the form and email messages. That may be something you may want to look at.

OK, so there are some email problems on duplicated forms? We will look into that. It is always a good idea to delete and re-create the email after cloning the form.
