Why am I limited to create only 25 forms?

Hello, the page does not let me create more forms because it says that it reaches 25, does not create 25 forms this month, delete old ones and it does not work either, I'm with this problem since Friday

I have checked your account and I can see you have currently more than 25 active forms, do note that the forms  limit does not reset monthly. 

Your account has been grandfathered and this is why you have all your existing forms active; however, if you want to create a new form you would need to archive/disable most of your forms until you have less than 25 active.
