Payment Upgarde

    Good morning.

     

    I am looking to upgrade to another plan, but I only need it for one month.  This is for my class reunion and I want to be able to accept payments still. Can I cancel after just one month? And will it only charge me the per month rate? I don't want to upgrade until I know the answer.

    If you signup for a paid account you will be billed every month. You can upgrade and downgrade any time you like. So in your case, if you downgrade you go back to the free account.

    Then if you would like to shutdown your account and delete all your information, you must contact us to do that support@jotform.com
