Applying for the Non-profit Discount

Dear JotForm,

Our organization is a registered Non-profit in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; is the 50% off discount available to us as well, or is it only for those with 501(c)3 status?  We just began in January, so won't have a 990 until next year.

Yes, in order to apply for the Non-ProfitOrganization discounted rate, please fill it out the application form from this link: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/.

As soon as the application is approved, we should send you the link for you to upgrade the account at a discounted rate.

If you don't yet have a form 990, please attach any documents that may show proof of your non-profit status.  The upload is a required part of the application form and won't allow for completing the submission with out some sort of document attached.
