Can't log in

    I am getting a "suspended" error when I try to log in. My form is no longer showing up on my site so I tried to log in to see why and I am getting an error. I requested to reset my password and followed the steps but am still getting this error. Please explain why. Thank you.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Our anti phishing filter automatically suspended your account because of "Hello Order" form. This form is asking for credit card details, which violates our terms of use. Please be advised that, forms like registration form, signup form, login form,.etc. that asks for credit card information is not supported by JotForm. I would recommend deleting those fields inorder to reactivate the account.
