    Our website hasn't been mobile friendly could you help me with this?

    Sorry for all the troubles. Have you tried adding the mobile responsive widget on your form? I checked your form, in responsive view, it appears to look fine. Can we have a screenshot of the issue you were seeing on your end?

    I have your standalone form on mobile device and I only noticed the issue with "Choose CAMP" field. Other field on your form are mobile responsive.

    Please add Mobile Responsive widget to your form, like my colleague suggest you.
