Hi!
I got problem with my first form - I cannot publish it cause of disabled. I'm checking status of form and everything is okey - it coudn't be disabled.
Second question - I got two password fields - how to mark entered characters into * for security reason?

Your form was disabled by our phishing system, because asking for logging credentials is not allowed: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use
"Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately."
If you want to have your account re-activated, those fields will be deleted.
