How to setup conditions on my RSVP form for limiting guests?

I need help in specifying my RSVP template form so that each invitee is prompted to select how many guests are attending conditional on how many were invited in the first place. That is, I want to ensure that if the invite sent specifies 2 people, that those invitees can only RSVP for 2 people maximum. 

For example:

If John and Jane Doe enter their name on the RSVP form, and they say YES they are able to attend, then I want a drop down to appear next that asks how many guests are attending, and they can only select 1 or 2. 

If John Smith was invited and only John Smith, then when he enters his name on the RSVP form and he say YES he is able to attend, I do not want any drop down to appear as it is not necessary.

I understand that you want to restrict the guests on your RSVP form. I have cloned your form to my account and made the following changes to the form to achieve your requirement.

1. Added the following fields to the form for entering the names of the guests.

2. These newly added fields are set to display only when the Number of guests is selected as shown below:

The first condition hides the fields of the Guest Names and will be displayed only when the number of guests value is 1 or 2. The Second condition displays the Second guest name only when the field 'Can Guest One able to attend?' is selected as No.
