Issues with form

    People are having trouble submitting the form titled "auditon for 20th anniversary" this is what I was told:

     

    There is no error message. When I click the "Submit" button, it just never submits and the browser is in perpetual waiting mode. Eventually (after about five or six minutes), the browser times out and I get a message saying that the connection timed out. I am using Firefox browser.

     

    However, it worked for me on firefox.

    I have tested your form in Mozilla Firefox, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue.

    Is your form maybe embedded? If so please provide us a URL of the webpage, so that we can test your embedded form. 

    If the form is not embedded, please tell your users to try again. You can also suggest them to update Firefox or to use some other browser.
