One of the forms I use is emailing me (some of) the correct entries, but is using the text and form fields from another one of my forms?? What's the easiest way to fix this?

Hello, I checked your forms and I noticed that you're using the email address (email@example.com) on all of the email recipients of the notification email. Perhaps, that's the reason why you're getting different submissions (text and form fields).
If I misunderstood your issue, could you please provide us the Form Link or Form ID so we can test the notification email properly?
