How can I export all the individual answers to one question when it's a "check all that apply" question and I want a total?

Asked by icfl on June 26, 2017 at 03:43 PM

I have a question with radio buttons where the person filling out the survey is encouraged to "check all that apply" and I want to know, for example, how many folks selected the first option and so on. I have 125 respondents and when I export the results, I get each individuals' results but not a tally of the total respondents. Should I be adding some form calculations in the table for this question? If so, how?

    Thanks,

    Kristina

You could export the data in Excel format and then use Excel to tally up the results.

Go to "My Forms", select a form and press "Submissions"

Then click on "Download as Excel"
