Account disabled?

    We had a total of maybe 10 submssions on all our forms, just got an email that our account was disabled. Also it says we're using 90+ megs storage, on what???

    Your account looks find in our side, can you please clear your browser cache and log back in?

    Upload space

    96.16MB of 100MB used

     

    Is this correct? Where do we view upload/delete files?

    1. Click "My Forms" on the top

    My Forms

    2. Click on the Form name you want to check for files

    3. Click on "Submissions"

    From there you will be able to see the files already uploaded into your form, once you delete them , there is no way to recover them

    You can also Scroll down the page, you will see "Download as Excel" Button , use this button to export the submissions to Excel or  right near the Excel Label , you can choose the CSV file option as well

    ok. I downloaded and deleted all submissions but it still says 96.16MB of 100MB used
