Remove "from" email address

Hello, 

When someone applies to a job through the jotform site - it looks as if it is coming from one of our colleagues' email addresses - kkirkland@waterstonehc.com.  I am not sure why this is as she she nothing to do with the process - also when I am out of office, these jot form responses go directly to her...

I am not sure where to fix this but I would like her email removed completely and mine or AFinlay@waterstonehc.com added.
