Why I'm getting a message when I login that I'm out of space?

I've deleted my extra forms and their submissions.

Also, one of my users got a message that the registration form was "over quota"  It has 30 submissions.

I didn't get an email warning me of the space problem and when I first logged in, it said that my email was on the "bounce" list.  This is not the first time that I've had it give that message. I clicked "remove". Why is that happening?

Thank you for contacting us, actually there is in fact a spammer or group of spammers, sending emails impersonating our company. Please disregard the message, its is NOT coming from us, but we have identified the spammer. Also do not click on any link on it.

This was NOT from an email. It is when I log into Jotform that I get the message on the screen that I am out of space.

    We're sorry for the confusion.

Your account is over-limit because of Numer of forms allowed per account and Number of monthly payments allowed, both limits were reached:

Why Im getting a message when I login that Im out of space? Image 1 Screenshot 20

So the "You are out of space" message refers to the number of forms.

You can check more about your usage here as well: https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

You can either Upgrade your plan or wait the next first of the month when our limits reset.

If you have any additional questions please get back to us.

    Thank you!
