Hi
i can't get paypal Express pop-up window to work. Instead it takes me to the full PayPal page (ie away from my form).
I'm using following settings:
Payment Type = User Defined Amount
Show Total Price on Form = Yes
Sandbox mode = No
Digital Goods = No
Require Shipping Address = No
Use Paypal buttons = No
The reason why i want to use Paypal Express is because i'm based in Singapore and PayPal Pro isn't offered here.
Can you help?

I checked your form (http://www.jotform.me/form/71732396959472) and I noticed that you haven't yet correctly cofigured the PayPal integration on your form.
If you haven't obtain your PayPal API credentials yet, please refer to this guide: How to Obtain PayPal API Credentials.

I checked again your form and I confirm that you have successfully set up your credentials. However, I have read again your original question in this thread which is:
I can't get Paypal Express pop-up window to work. Instead, it takes me to the full PayPal page (ie away from my form).
Please note that this usually happens when you integrate your form with Paypal Express. So, your form will simply redirect users to the PayPal Checkout Page for them to complete their payments. I tested your form and upon hitting the Submit button I was able to be redirected to the checkout Page.

Hi, thanks for your reply.
But then PayPal Express is really no different from standard PayPal, right? My understanding was that PayPal Express allows the credit card details to be filled in on a form that launches on top of my jotform, and importantly, means customers won't leave my site and be directed to paypal's site.

by the way - this question/answer on your forum talks about the PayPal Express popup window at the end:

If you want your users to put their payment information right in the form and not be redirected to PayPal then you need to use PayPal Pro here is an article that points out the difference between PayPal and PayPal Pro: https://www.jotform.com/help/183-Difference-Between-PayPal-and-PayPal-Pro
Regarding the PayPal Express, did you try the suggestion from the thread you mentioned, I tested and it worked fine, the pop-up shown on submitting:
Here is my test form as well: https://form.jotformpro.com/71781903214959
I set Shipping and Tax, like my colleague suggested in that thread, and Show total price on the form.
Please check and let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!
