Printable flyer

    I want to create a printable flyer. Exactly like the one http://search.petfbi.org/lost-pet-flyer.aspx. I need for visitors to enter information and upload a picture and then be able to save and/or print. Anyway of doing this? I'm going to be uploading it to my wordpress site

    We don't have that kind of function specifically. However, we do have a widget that might be able to get the job done.

    It's called Fillable PDF form creator. More information about the widget can be found here.
