    You can delete some form submissions after downloading the report to you local disk. You can also integrate your Jotform account with dropbox to ensure that form submissions are saved in dropbox and once you conform this, you can have the submissions in jotform deleted.

    For more information about this feature, please refer to the following links:

    Where can I find DropBox integration?

    You can also to upgrade your account to Premium to enjoy higher space quota allocation;

    Hello,

    This is something I don't really understand Gori-Mathew.

    I recently change from Free plan to Premium because 100 submission was way to little. Now 2 days further we've got about 250 submissions and maybe 1000 seems to little (we plan on running the poll for a while).

    So I found your answser and what you are saying is that if you delete submissions this also deletes them under your 'Account Status'? Well this doesn't work for me. I tried it out and deleted some answers and they dissappeard on the form, but not on the account status (because on the form it says 240 submitted answers, on my status it says 246 of 1000 used...

    So what should I do to clear up that space? The submissions are the only thing I use for my form, no upload space or anything of the other stuff. So for me it's kinda pricey to pay 49.95$/month just for the submissions. Do you understand my problem?

    Thanks! I love Jotform and would like to continue working with it!

    @robbie07

    Thank you so much for your kind words. Robbie, deleting your form submissions won't reduce your monthly submissions count. But downloading / deleting your uploaded attachments will only reduce your upload space. The submission count under your Account Status will remain the same.

    Ok, that makes sense I guess. Though Gori-Mathew's answer kinda implied that my thinking was correct, since he was talking about deleting form submissions, and that was the initial question too.

    Anyways, thanks for your answer. So there is no option for me other than to pay 49.95$/month if I want more than 1000 submissions? Are there any custom packs where you can just increase your submissions amount?

    Cheers

    Unfortunately, there is no way to buy additional sets of submissions in the manner you describe.

    Okay, so if I understand this correctly from beginning to end, the original answer from gori-mathew was that, yes, if you delete submissions you get submission space back but the answer from @robbie07 is that, no, that is not the case. Deleting submissions will only clear storage space NOT submission count.

    Am I understanding this correctly now? The reason I'm asking is because I was under the impression that deleting submissions would free up that space for me again so that once near full, things could be deleted and that we would gain that submission space back again.

    Basically, the submission count goes up no matter what you keep or delete, the storage space is dynamic where if you delete something you gain the space back and the only way the submission count changes is at the beginning of the next month when the counter is reset.

    Is this correct?

    Thanks for your time.

    Hi,

    Your statement is correct.

     Deleting submissions will only clear storage space NOT submission count.
