Edit on submission was not saved?

Hi. I completed section A& B of form and saved (it is still there). Then I skipped sectioin c and completed the remaining sections and pressed save. However, none of them were saved/ Hours of work lost :-(

Hi,

I presume you are not the owner of the form? Instead you are trying to submit it? Please note that the link you shared is a submission, you have already made a submission using the form and that link is the specific edit link for the submission you made. To save the changes you made on the submission, you need to hit the submit button. 

I suggest contacting the owner of the form or try making editing the submission again and make sure to hit the submit button.

HiI was pressing submit. I have contacting the "owners of the form" . They emailed me what they had received at their end which was just section A and B so it seems that when I was pressing submit the doc was not being submitted!!Disaster!Neasa

Hello Neasa,

Can you please explain how you have submitted your form? Do you mean to say that the file upload question has not captured the uploaded file?

I did check your form and found that "Auto Fill" setting is enabled which saves the input data in form field every few seconds. If you meant that you selected a file to be uploaded and then came back to submit your form at a latter date, unfortunately it will not work. File uploads are not saved and it needs to be uploaded again before submitting the form.
