Can we do grant applications and send to open crm?

We work on a site for a charity who accept grant applications. We ideally want an application form on their wordpress site that connects directly to Open CRm which they use for their database. Do you know how to connect a Jotform form to open crm? Is there any documentaiton anywhere showing the process?
