My JotForm account is downgraded

    I received an email again today that my account was being downgraded.  When I look at my profile it indicates that the account type is Free.  This should be Bronze being paid monthly via PayPal.  Can you please verify and let me know what I need to do.  I don't want to do again like I did last month and make two payments where one needed to be refunded.

    I have checked your account and see that there are two subscriptions of Bronze Monthly. However, one of the account subscriptions S-9VC74041T3084931U is already canceled and the last charge was already been refunded. Due to the cancellation of this subscription, the account was downgraded to Free. The other subscription S-5GS966640W675893U is active on your account and so we have changed the account status to Bronze.
