How do I avoid getting my account disabled?

    We received an email informing us that we get 100 free MB space for uploads and that we can do an upgrade. Our account will be disabled by noon today if we don't. Is it possible to delete some of our old jotforms to create more space or is the upgrade unavoidable?

    I have checked your account artcrawlstcloudmn and see that is marked as overlimit. I see that the storage space is occupied more than 100MB. You may delete some of the submissions on your forms in order to clear the storage space so that the account shall be activated again. Please note that the deletion of submissions is permanent and we cannot restore the deleted submissions again. If you need to take a backup of the submissions, you may export the complete data of your account by following the guide below:

    Also, you may consider integrating Google Drive/DropBox to your forms so that the submissions will be stored as a backup in the integrated cloud storage account.
