MAC OS users are having issues with the form compatibility

    The feedback that we are receiving is that our Mac users are having issues with the form compatibility from these platforms:

     

    - Mac OS Sierra 10.12.4
    - Safari V 10.1 did not work
    - Firefox 54.0 did not work 
    - Google chrome 58.0.3029.110 Worked
