    I need to understand the Billing details for subscription and update contact information.

    What you see is what you get on our Pricing page.

    The Monthly Submissions limit is the number of submissions you can receive every month. 

    The Form Limit is the number of forms you can create in your account. For example, the Free plan allows you to create up to 5 forms only. 

    The Available Space limit is the fixed size that you can use to store files in our server. This is mainly used for File Uploads in the form.

    The Monthly Form Views is when you publish the form, and someone viewed it. One (1) public view counts towards your Form View limit. More details here: https://www.jotform.com/help/355-Form-View-Limits-What-is-it-all-about

    The Total Submissions Storage is unlimited for paid accounts. Free accounts can only store up to 500 submissions accumulated from all forms. This means that if you are on the free plan and you surpass this limit by the 7th month, the system will automatically delete the older submissions to keep you on the limit. 

    Our contact email is support@jotform.com. But for form issues, we recommend contacting us through this support forum.

    It seems like there is no account username registered under your email address "Crystal.benjamin@oemgroupinc.com". Do you have a link to the form you might have created under the account you are trying to access?
