I cannot get the hide page logic to work in the form based on age bracket

    Jotform:

I've got a form for submitting documents for a soccer tournament in which I'm trying to add error-checking logic.

    Logic:

    - Teams with Age Selection U9 can only have 4 Club Pass or Guest Players - I'm counting these with the 'Calculation' field

    - For a U9 team that has greater than 4 in Calculation, 'Max 4 Page' should be displayed.

    - For a U9 team with Calculation less than 5, 'Max 4 Page' should be skipped.

(There will be other logic for other age groups, but want to get this worked out first.)

It seems like pretty straight forward logic, but I can't get the page to be skipped if less than 5.

    You assistance is much appreciated!

Page 28 is your last page. So, your conditional logic is wrong. You should hide page 26 or page 27 based on your age bracket.

Check this form: https://www.jotform.com/71775014186963?ignoreValidation=true. I've added the ignore validation so you can proceed without filling up the required fields. Just make sure to select an option from "Player Status'es" fields.

Sorry, I guess I'm just being dense here.  I do see I was hiding the wrong page, but this logic still doesn't seem to be working for me.

If U9 or U10 selected, page 26 should never show

If U9 or U10 selected and Calc <4, page 27 should never show

If U11-U19 selected and Calc <7, neither 26 or 27 should show

If U11-U19 selected and Calc >6, page 27 should never show

I guess I'm getting turned around, but it feels like that's what I've got for logic.  HELP!

Check my form again: https://form.jotform.us/71775014186963?ignoreValidation=true. See if the setup is correct. Try it all based on your conditional preferences.

Thank you so much for your help!

I just tried a U9 team with less than Calc 5 and page 27 showed. - incorrect

I tried a U12 team less than Calc 6 and page 26 showed. - incorrect

Also, how can I see the conditions setting you're using on that example form?

I tested this and actually page 26 showed, you have those pages 26 and 27 the same so I put one field in each, and page 26 showed:

I cannot get the hide page logic to work in the form based on age bracket Image 1 Screenshot 20

You can check my cloned version of your form https://form.jotformpro.com/71784380214961 I didn't change anything there, just added those two fields.

I tried a U12 team less than Calc 6 and page 26 showed. - incorrect

Regarding this, I didn't find any condition that should hide that page or I'm missing something?

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Thanks Nik!

How can I access the 'Build' for your cloned form so I can see the conditions you're using?

You can clone the form back. Here's how you can do it: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Guys, I'm sorry, this still isn't working correctly.

    I cloned Nik's test here:  https://form.jotform.com/71794098584170

    And just enabled simple logic:

    - If U9 or U10, hide page 26

    - If not U9 or U10, hide page 27

Choosing U9 or U10 shows neither page - incorrect

    Choosing any other (U11 - U19) shows page 26 - correct

Please allow me some time to check this issue, I was able to replicate the problem, but I'm not sure what the cause is.

    I'll get back to you.

    Thank you!

Thank you very much for your patience.

I tested your form again, but it worked. Now I'm not sure if I oversaw something before or what, but this condition:

I cannot get the hide page logic to work in the form based on age bracket Image 1 Screenshot 30

Worked, when I choose any other Team Age group page 27 wasn't shown. And with this condition:

I cannot get the hide page logic to work in the form based on age bracket Image 2 Screenshot 41

Page 26 wasn't shown (page 27 wasn't shown as well, but that's fine since U10 or U9 was selected).

Here is my clone of your form: https://form.jotformpro.com/71805119690963

Can you still replicate this issue on your side?
