Using the embeded form on our website.

    I can get the form to work as a test on the JotForm website, but not on the website listed below.  It is frustration not to get any notification when you need help.  It looks like some one did a test on the order, but the problem is the embedding on the website and the fact that the order does not go through.

     

    I have been doing this for several years and have never had an issue with the form not working on the website.

    Please remove your form from your website, then get your form's Iframe code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code 

    Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the Iframe part in your site, example:
