How can I create an automated credit application?

I work at an IT company and before we loan someone a product, we check to make sure they are likely to pay us back. In the past we have had a paper application, but now we are trying to automate it. We usually use Hubspot for our forms, but they are not letting us use them because they do like the idea of them storing secure information, so now we are looking at other services, like Jotform.

Thank you for considering JotForm as an alternative to automate the forms of your organization. Building forms with JotForm is easy and we have hundreds of widgets and many third party integrations. You may use JotForm to replace the paper application. However, I am not sure about the secure information that you are storing through the forms. Please provide us with more information on this so that we can help you further. If you can share the application, we may be able to review it to use the same fields on the form. Also, we request you to go through our terms of usage to make sure that the forms are not caught by our anti-phishing filter and avoid unnecessary suspensions of the account.

If you have any other questions, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

Attached is the credit application template we would like to turn into an online form. I will review the terms of usage now as per your recommendation. I do not think there will be any problems!
Thanks a bunch and let me know if there may prove to be any problems!
