How can I put a link to my form in a button, so the customer can click a button and form pops up.

    Thank you, Jotform

    Hi,

You can use either lightbox or pop-up embed option to achieved it and then modify the HTML code that calls the form. Example using Pop-up:

    <a target="_blank" href="javascript:void( window.open('http://form.jotform.me/form/22120709566451', 'blank','scrollbars=yes,toolbar=no,width=700,height=500'))"><input type="button" value="Test Form" /></a>

See how it works here: http://idarktech.com/test_pop_up_button.html

You can use the same button code (I have highlighted it above) if you wish to use lightbox.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you require assistance with this. Thanks.
