I have twice tried and failed to raise a question using this form on an iPad.
When I click Post Question it hangs on "Please wait..."
Please investigate and let me know what the problem is.

Your recent post regarding not being able to post did go through. It looks like this should be working. Try again and let us know in this thread if you are still unable to post new questions:

I had to type my support request a third time on a desktop before it was sent. Or are you saying you got 3 messages for the same problem?
I just tested again and it worked.
Why do your forms keep having this problem?

I have checked our recent support threads but have not found any similar reports from other users.
If you notice the issue again, you may try submitting the contact form using different browser and/or using different Internet Service Provider to see if that makes any difference.
