When creating a PDF Form from Jot form, Why would my section be double printed and looks terrible

When I go to my form I have created and I select to create PDF, I open the download and it comes back with alot of the sections being written over. 

I have cloned your JotForm to my account and was able to replicate the issue at my end. However, please note that the fillable PDF creator is having some limitations with respect to the background colors, images, long texts.
