I received an email that my password had changed from JotForm I want to verify that this is a valid request. I have not changed my password

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    Please, just ignore that email you received, your account has not been compromised and anything has been changed on it, that was just someone spamming using a JotForm form. We have already identified some accounts related to this action and already suspended them. 

    Our developers have also taken the necessary actions to stop this. I would also suggest you to share us the headers of the email you received, this link will help you getting that information: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/22454 

    That will help us to report and block those users spamming using our forms.
