How do I get the "colored category buttons" on forms shared by my account owner to appear on my page?

The account owner has created and categorized a number of forms that have been shared w/me, but the "colored category buttons" do not appear on most of the forms on my page, although they are on hers. Only a few appear on my page.

I think you are referring to the shared forms with you, I can see the main account has some folders, on your account should appear a folder with the main account username and if you click on it you should find the sub-folders:

You need to click on the blue "phowtx" folder to expand it.

I know that, but not all the colored category buttons appear. The owner has created many other categories which do not appear on my page.

Well I would say she hasnt shared all her forms with you. She would have to decide which forms to share with you. So maybe you should talk to her and get her to share the forms your require.
