My account login has been suspended.

    I have not been able to login to my account for several days.  I tried resetting my password and it says login suspended.  Thank you.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Our anti phishing filter automatically suspended your account because of " Financial Policy" form. This form contains or asking for credit card details which violates our terms of use. Please be advised that, forms like registration form, signup form, login form,.etc. that contains or asking for credit card details is not supported by JotForm.

    We can remove those fields for you, so that you can reactivate your account. Let me know with your confirmation on your next reply.

    I have removed the form in questions, and re-activated your account. Please retain from using plain text fields to collect sensitive information. Let us know if you need any further help.
