Yes, you just need to add a Name field or any information you needed to your form. After that, you can view it on the Submissions page. To view the submissions, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions

You can receive an email alert when someone submitted to your form. To do that, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

If you have questions, please contact us again. Thank you.

    Hi John,

My concern is not the Name field of any information on the form, let say i have all the fields and together with Payment Gateway setup on my form, then if the form submission is 10, how can i know among the 10, all of them already succesfully paid? When user click Submit -> it'll redirect them to payment gateway and at the same time the form will be submitted?

For e.g. some ecommerce system, if the payment fail, the payment gateway will redirect user back to the merchant website with the item still on the Shopping Cart, and i'm just wondering how is the process flow for JotForm when similar situation of form submission (1) for success payment (2) for failed payment ? I'm planning to introduce JotForm to our user as there's some requirement for this, before that I need to find out how the audit trail/checking works for JotForm.

Actually no, the form is submitted when the payment is completed, then the user is redirected to Thank you page and you receive submission.

Now, I'm not sure which payment integration you decided to use, but if the payment fails because it is declined, or any other reason, form will not be submitted and a user will be required to go back to form to change the card or correct the information inputted.

Also, this guide might be useful for you https://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms/ so you can check how the Incomplete payments are handled.

    Thank you!
