what do I do if I am finished with my collapsed section?

Now I need to make a new question under it and continue with the form?

I did put in a section collapse at the end but how does the website know it is the ending of a section and that I am going to add in new questions after it?

If you want to add your questions in one page, then you just need to add another element or widget below the collapsed section.

However, if you wish to let your customers proceed to another page after the collapsed section, then you can add the page break element.
