Certaines soumissions arrivent en double ou triple exemplaires. Aussi, certaines soumissions sont bien enregistrées mais les notifications "auto-réponse" n'envois pas le mail.

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly due to translation issues, but if I'm not wrong, you're receiving duplicate submissions? This could be due to your users clicking refresh or the back button before the session has ended, which could result in the form being submitted more than once.
