    Kloudless widget uploaded files are not opening

    Individuals have submitted registration forms wherein they have to upload a photo, biography, and presentation. About 85% of people who have uploaded materials, have material that is not opening and is instead going to a webpage that states

    {"error":"The requested file was not found","error_code":"file_not_found"}

    Most materials are being uploaded using kloudl. I noticed it is suggested that one uses chrome when uploading materials. I am currently using chrome to try to download materials, but it seems these individuals may not have been using chrome when uploading materials. 

    What do I need to do to get these materials open?

    Please provide us ID of the form you have issues with. 

    I have tested Kloudless File Uploader widget and it is working properly on my end.

    Also when were those files that you are trying to download submitted? If the were submitted using "Computer" option, before 30 day or more than they are deleted.

    If you have issues with Kloudless File Uploader widget, then I would suggest you to use our File Upload field.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Since the files uploads are stored in the Kloudless server directly, unfortunately, we cannot retrieve them back. If you have added the Kloudless App ID in the Kloudless widget before receiving these submissions, you may get in touch with Kloudless support for any assistance.
