    You will need your SMTP server settings (smtp server, port, email address, username, password, and security protocol). You can get this information from your email provider.

    Then simply follow this guide:

    How to Setup SMTP for a Form

    Also note that the "Test Email" button only works for the noreply@jotform sender. So preview your form and submit it to test your setup. If its all correct there will be an email in your inbox.
