Avoid responders to answer twice

    I'd like to avoid users to answer twice or send more than one time the same form. I identify users by their ID number that they have to complete in the form. Is it possible?

    Hi Betsy,

    If I understood your concern correctly, you only want one submission per user? No multiple submissions? Is that right? If it is, then you will need to edit your unique submission. Here's how to set it up.

    Step 1: Go to SETTINGS > FORM SETTINGS > SHOW MORE OPTIONS

    Step 2: Look for Unique Submission and select an option from the drop-down. In your case, you can choose either Check Cookies or Check cookies and IP. If you choose Check cookies and IP, even if customer clears the cache on his browser, he/she still can't send another submission.

    Step 3: After selecting an option, notice at the top of the builder page (below the Form Title) that all changes have been saved.
