Form link is broken

When people try clicking our registration form link (provided below) the doesn't load and an error message appears.

Not sure if I understand your issue correctly, but from what I can see, you just need to replace the link you currently have with "https://form.jotform.com/52993633455970".

In your current link there's a * symbol at the end, which is causing the message "not found" to appear.
