I understand that we can save the data.
Can we have a lookup and search from a selected field from the database?

Yes you can save the data by dowloading it in Excel/CSV/PDF format.
Downloading the submissions in Excel format would allow you to perform any spreadsheet function.
#1. In "My Forms" - Select the name of your form, and click "Submissions" at the top
#2. Click on the gear icon to filter your submissions (top right). You can choose which fields to omit. And you can also set a time frame for your submission data.
#3. Click on Download as Excel (or whichever format your prefer)
