Conditional Logic: Why show/hide conditions are not working even when correct field is selected?

In one of my forms the question "Please choose how you would like to enjoy Host Chief's Night (the option you choose may determine what time you will depart from the hotel and what bus you will be on):" has conditional logic set up on the last two options so that payment information by credit card using Square drops down. It isn't working. Please help!

I have checked your form and it seems like one of the fields involved was updated, but the conditions were not updated. 

I would suggest you to check the conditions and make sure the correct options are selected, this way the condition is properly triggered.
