I have missed someone off of my table plan, what do I do to add this person

    The table plan is is Alison Wagg and Craig wedding day is 19th August 2017.

     

    The person missing should be on Table 5 the name to add is Terry Powell.

    I assume that your issue is related to your submission of this form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40833562522956. 

    JotForm is online form builder and that form belongs to one of our users. We can not update your submissions. 

    I can only suggest you to contact the owner of that form, by replying to email that you received when you submitted the form and tell the owner of the form, to update your submission.
