How can I automatically sign someone up in a session if they pick another one on a different page?

I'm using the appointment widget and have some speakers in them that go for 2 hours instead of 1. But they're marked on the next page as well with their name and "continued." I already have the conditions set up so it skips over the next page if they select a 2 hour speaker, but is there any way I can also make a condition so it automatically signs them up for a specific spot in Session II if they select the 2 hour speaker in Session I?

So they select the 2 hour speaker in Session I, it automatically picks "continued" in Session II and automatically skips over that page to bring them to Session III.

I understand that you want to select another option from the other Appointment Slots when you select an option from another widget. Is that correct? If so, unfortunately, it is not possible since the widgets are loaded on the form using iFrame. This can be possible only by using built-in fields on the form like Multiple choice/Single choice fields and setting up a condition using Update/Calculate field. However, these fields might not work as per your requirement since they cannot have limit of sessions.
