PDF form text is off.

    A few of the titles are duplicating itself and illegible??

    Please try resetting the PDF design. To do that, please follow this guide:

    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Select the form and click the Submissions page.

    3. Click the PDF button and select the Customize PDF.
    4. Click the Reset button and then Save the PDF.
