Can I make a condition to automatically sign someone up in one appointment if they pick another on a different page?

We have four sessions and each session is done using the appointment widget. Each widget has several different slots, each one a different speaker. Some of the speakers go for 2 hours instead of one. So they are listed on the next page as well, but just their name and "continued." I already have conditions set up so if they select a two hour speaker they will be skipped over the next page. But is there any way they can be automatically added in the "continued" class on the next page but still be skipped over when making their selections?

Basically can someone be automatically signed up for an appointment on the next if they select one on a previous page?

Like what my colleague in the other thread you opened had mentioned, it is not possible to conditionally select an option in a widget. However, I believe there is a workaround that might work for you. The workaround will not make the required option to be selected automatically but will have your respondents to select it so they can continue submitting your form.

Here's a clone version of your form where I have applied the workaround.

Please test the form and let us know if that will work for you.

To test the form, select "E3 - Liturgy & Sacraments Part I (Ballard Betz) (2 hrs.) (BT5)" from Session I and click the next button. Notice that on the next page, it will ask you to select "E5 - Liturgy & Sacraments Part II (Continued)" from Session II before you can continue to the next page.

If that will work for you, I suggest you create a clone version of that form in your account so you can inspect it. And if you have other questions or you need clarifications on how you can do it on your form, please do not hesitate to contact us again anytime.
